Overview
Scope Summary

Before
Following the drying contractor's specification, we removed sanitary ware, electrical fittings, tiling, and damaged plasterboard from both bathrooms. The extent of damage required significant structural work: removal and reconstruction of internal partition walls, temporary removal of the hot water cylinder to replace damaged flooring, and complete replumbing and rewiring. As the homeowner had recently installed new sanitary ware and fittings in excellent condition, we carefully removed and stored these during the restoration works, reinstalling them on completion to minimize unnecessary replacement costs and protect the client's investment.

↳ Results
We delivered a comprehensive restoration including new flooring, partition walls, ceilings, electrical installations, underfloor heating, tiling, and decoration. The project expanded beyond water damage repairs when the client requested additional refurbishment support — hanging doors and completing kitchen installation. Much of the later work was delivered while the homeowner was abroad, requiring high-level project management and regular communication. Our independent delivery and clear updates gave the client complete confidence in progress, resulting in fully restored bathrooms and continued momentum on their wider renovation project.
