Before

Upon arrival, we found extensive flooding throughout the lounge, hallway, and kitchen of the second-floor apartment. Acting quickly, we cleared the blocked drainage, removed excess water using specialist equipment, and made the property safe by arranging immediate electrical inspections and remedial works to damaged circuits and appliances. We engaged a specialist drying contractor to assess moisture damage across all three affected apartments. Following loss adjuster approval, we carried out strip-out works in kitchens and hallways to facilitate effective drying. Simultaneously, we worked closely with residents to develop detailed reinstatement specifications — the extent of damage meant complete kitchen replacements were required in the second and first-floor apartments.

By responding immediately and coordinating every stage of the restoration — from emergency mitigation through to final completion — we minimized further damage and successfully managed a complex three-property insurance claim. All three apartments were restored to pre-loss condition, with full kitchen replacements in two properties and targeted remedial works in the third. Our end-to-end project management ensured clear communication between residents, insurers, the managing agent, and drying contractors, delivering a smooth professional restoration that helped residents move forward following a disruptive and unexpected event.
