Scope Summary

Before
The scale of damage required strategic planning. We coordinated a dedicated week of strip-out works across all six properties, including complete removal of five bathrooms and lifting of flooring in adjacent rooms to facilitate effective drying. Working closely with the specialist drying contractor, meant that their equipment could be installed immediately after strip out work, thus minimising delays in the overall timescale for the project. While drying progressed, we liaised directly with each property owner to discuss reinstatement requirements and agree finishes. Some homeowners took the opportunity to upgrade bathrooms or make design changes at their own expense — we worked closely with each resident to incorporate these improvements seamlessly into the overall programme.

↳ Results
Through careful planning, clear communication, and proactive project management, we successfully delivered this complex multi-property claim. Five bathrooms were fully reinstated, affected areas were redecorated, and residents in temporary accommodation returned home as quickly as possible, while those remaining in occupation experienced minimal disruption. The project demonstrated Wright's expertise in large-scale residential restoration: coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing timeline pressures, and delivering professional results across numerous properties simultaneously.
